A. If you want to edit or cancel your order, please notify us asap. Unfortunately once your order has been processed we cannot make any changes or cancellation.

>Q. How much does shipping cost?
A. Shipping is always FREE...on all merchandise, to any of the countries we ship to!
>Q. How long does shipping take?
A. Shipping times vary, depending on your country. Shipping to the U.S. usually takes anywhere from 10-20 days, but often sooner. Shipping to other countries can sometimes take 15-60 days, but often it is as quick as to the U.S. (10-20 days).
>Q. What countries do you deliver to?
A. We deliver to MANY countries...the US, the UK, Canada, Australia & New Zealand to name a few!
Most of our products ship to any country, but if you are unsure if we ship to your country, email us the item you are interested in to email@example.com and we will let you know.
> Q. Will I have to pay import charges?
A. Very few countries have any import taxes or duties on our products. However, please make sure that you are aware of your own country's import tax and or duty charges before you order from us. We cannot guarantee that we will be able to refund your order if you refuse to pay any import charges.
> Q. My order still hasn’t arrived, is it lost?
A. If you think your order has been delayed or lost in the post please contact us and we will start an investigation with the courier. Unfortunately we cannot re-send your order or refund you until the courier has concluded the investigation, we will keep you informed and will be in touch once the investigation has finished.
> Q. How can I make a return?
A. To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.
Please do not send your purchase back to the manufacturer.
You will be responsible for paying the shipping costs for returning an item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. When you receive a refund, it will be for the cost of the item, and it will not include the shipping cost to return the item.
> Q. My item is faulty. What should I do?
A. Please accept our apologies. Email us at firstname.lastname@example.org with your order number and a few photos of the problem and we'll sort this out for you. We may ask that you return the item to us.
If you are not satisfied with your purchase for any reason, other than defect, please feel free to contact us at email@example.com to discuss why you are not happy :)
> Q. I shipped something back to you. Do you have it yet?
A. We process returns within 24 hours of receipt and will notify you by email when we have done so.
> Q. How long before I get a refund?
A. Once we have emailed to say we have issued you a refund, it can take anywhere between 2 and 5 working days, depending on your original method of payment.
> Q. I’ve sent you an email, when will you reply?
A. We generally reply to all emails within 24 hours. Our office is normally closed on weekends and certain Holidays, so we will reply within the next business day.
Some emails sent to us by mobile devices arrive with a delay. However we generally respond within 24 hours of its receipt.
